The report, cosigned by CISA, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as Australian (ASD, ACSC) and Canadian organizations (CCCS), is a follow-up to the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2023-12\/The-Case-for-Memory-Safe-Roadmaps-508c.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Case for Memory Safe Roadmaps<\/a>&#8216; released in December 2023, aimed at raising awareness about the importance of memory-safe code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memory-unsafe languages are those that do not provide built-in memory management mechanisms, burdening the developer with this responsibility and increasing the likelihood of errors.
